Singing for seniors is a true gift; a packed hall w/a respectable listening audience. *I* get so much from our "elders"; perfect individuals with amazing life stories. I decided to sing my originals instead of oldies; a somewhat risky decision. I planned a set w/a good mix of upbeat, mellow, serious, sings along & interactive songs & a good "script" for introducing them all. The outcome was fantastic; lots of smiles & HUGS! I took the risk & we all benefitted!
